An individual excluded at any Caesars property is excluded at all Caesars properties regardless of whether or not they formally entered through the Caesars program or a state program. In addition, Caesars will apply those exclusions to all properties owned, operated, or managed Caesars Entertainment unless prohibited by law. Individuals participating in a state sponsored exclusion program will be treated in accordance with those programs. The self-exclusion request is irrevocable during the time period selected for the exclusion. A patron with a responsible gaming exclusion is excluded from all parts of a facility, including gaming areas, gaming floors, restaurants, hotels, pari-mutuel gaming areas, pavilions, entertainment venues, and any other parts of a casino during the period of the self-exclusion.
This request will be applicable at all Caesars Entertainment owned, operated, or managed including properties, companies, or brands that are opened or acquired after the date of the request.
